Our Company Mission is to identify those patients who are at risk of vision loss due to health issues that are known to affect vision, but who do not see eye care professionals on a regular basis.

Meaningful Use

Meaningful use is using certified electronic health record (EHR) technology to: Improve quality, safety, efficiency, and reduce health disparities. Engage patients and family. Improve care coordination, and population and public health. Maintain privacy and security of patient health information.

The EyeGenetix Goal

To assist in the identification of at risk patients earlier and more accurately while in the care of the primary care physician. This allows for the earlier referral of potentially visually impaired persons to the proper eye care professional channel.

With the EGX Vision Health System, we can effectively manage earlier and more effectively eye disease; specifically Glaucoma, Diabetic Retinopathies and other Retina diseases.
